The Department of Forensic Science is conducting a search for a forensic science faculty position within its FEPAC-accredited MS program and Ph.D. program. Applicants with experience in forensic toxicology, controlled substances/drug chemistry, forensic anthropology, forensic biology, forensic analytical chemistry, or instrumental analysis experience will be considered.

 

Candidates for this tenure-track faculty position should have a doctoral degree in a relevant scientific field and relevant research/teaching experience in forensic science or a closely related discipline. A successful candidate must be able to develop and teach graduate-level courses in forensic science, pursue a sustained research agenda, supervise graduate student research and actively participate in the continuous development of forensic science programming at SHSU.
